Miller Park Zoo
A Bloomington landmark since 1891, the Miller Park Zoo is the only facility in Illinois that features Sumatran tigers. The indoor exhibit contains a tropical rain forest housing 20 different species of birds. The outdoor exhibit features sea lions, bald eagles, red wolves and a Wallaby Walk-about. Daily hours of operation during the fall, winter and spring are 10am-4:30pm. From Memorial Day-Labor Day, daily hours of operation are 10am-5pm.
